Part 1.

I always thought that famous writers always knew what they wanted to write, even when people said that they always get writer’s block I thought it fake until reading this article. For me when I’m writing I know what I want to write but it’s hard for me to get onto paper.  I’ve found my tricks on how to get onto paper but it still is hard for me sometimes. It takes me a lot of time and a lot of days for me to get exactly what I want on paper. With this particular essay, it was hard for me to comprehend what the three readings were about so I could get it on the paper. Whenever I wrote papers in high school I would just write one paper and handed in but after reading this showed me that it takes multiple edits multiple papers and multiple people to make a great paper.

Part 2.

My paper might not seem good for some people for where it is but for me, it is in a good spot. I have all the quotes that I need. That was the first thing I did because I knew that would be the most challenging part for me. My goal to finish my paper is to work on making my paper longer. I always just get straight to the point with my writing and I some cases that is good but I have done it with about one sentence in most of this essay. I think my biggest challenge is making it the length it needs to be. I am going to go to SASC and also I forget her name but the woman in our class that you can meet with. The other big part for me is to not procrastinate. For some reason, I always think that I  can get it all done in one day and I can get it done in one day but the finished paper is a bad paper. Like in the “Shitty First Drafts” writers have one, two, and three edits on the same paper and that definitely was not in one day. I think going and having someone help me is a good idea. Having the support will make me feel better about the essay.
